Angry about being angry? Give it up. It isn’t real. You’re not really angry. Most likely, you are disappointed or sad and your expectations have not been met. Look beyond your ire and see what lives there. You might find your anger is something completely different than you imagined it to be.
What will your day bring your way? Take a break. Take a breath. Release your expectations. You are not in control of anything or anyone else. You are in control of your response. Respond more positively for yourself and others. It’s okay to give up your anger to give yourself peace.
