Examine yourself for triggers. Whatever you allow to trigger you, you allow to take your power. We all know what triggers are… those things that get our blood boiling in a split second or shut us down out of an overwhelming and sudden sense of fear. It is because these ‘triggers’ are tied to the past and when we are in the past, we are not present. In the present, our triggers have no power over us. So, take back your power! When you are triggered, give yourself permission to remember that, ‘In this present moment, my triggers have no power over me.‘
