Focus on what is in front of you. Recently, someone asked me about pain and the way I manage it and stay enthusiastic and unquenchable. The old adage, ‘Energy flows where attention goes,’ is quite apt. Pain will definitely get your attention. You get to choose where your focus goes. Get comfortable with your pain, especially chronic pain. Then shift your focus to something else and you will find your pain decreases.

What will your day bring your way? When chronic pain shows up today, choose differently. Shift your focus to something else and the pain will decrease and become more manageable.
