Send love to everyone, even those you detest or disagree with. Release your expectations and judgments and allow for what is to reveal itself. Sound easy? It is.

What will your day bring your way? Make room for flexibility. Schedule some padding into your day. If you think it will take you 30 minutes, give yourself 45 or 60. That way, you have time to relax or celebrate or just take a power nap!
