Resilience is a matter of shifting your focus. When you attach to something (person, place, situation, etc.), you are fully focused upon it. Detach – shift your entire focus (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, etc.) and all of your available resources to getting back to life and living. Exercise your resilience and shift all of you – your focus – to forward movement.
