Transition is nothing more than a change of state. We are all transitioning. We do not maintain a state 24/7. We are not always happy, sad, energetic, tired, irritated, peaceful, fearful, loving… We can, however, always be kind. When we are aware and recognize our transitions, we can be kind to ourselves and others. Compassion and care are never far from our reach. Allow them to be expressed in meaningful ways and your transitions will be less disruptive and move with more grace and ease.
