Use uncertainty as a catalyst. Think only of who you once were, what you once did, what successes and failures you once enjoyed and endured, and it will mire you in comparison and erode the magic of the present. But this is what we do when faced with uncertainty. We look at what once worked and what once didn’t. We marvel at our past resilience and strength and wonder what transpired to get us to this point. It is unhelpful and does not serve you. Instead, use present uncertainty as a catalyst to opportunity and portal to possibility. Focus on what you are able to do with it now. Plan for the future where possible, but focus on today. What steps do you need to take to ensure uncertainty will not unsettle you and keep you stuck?
What will your day bring your way? If you are unsettled by uncertainty, I encourage you to stop, pause for power, breathe, relax, and be grateful. Change your apprehension to appreciation for the chance to see what is available to you right now… today, and the zeal to move forward with grace and ease.
