What are you learning? Every day is a learning day. Where does learning show up for you? With CMT, I learn every day ways to adapt to my physical limitations and accomplish what I can through adjusting my resources to do things. For instance, small round rubber mats help me grip bottle/jar tops to open them. A pair of pliers helps me take the paper/plastic pulls you find beneath some container caps (like milk or supplements). Using a motorized pasta maker to condition clay when I do some crafting is useful, too. This is just one example of learning: adaptation. Examine your day for ways in which you learn and honor them.
What will your day bring your way? We learn in many ways. All of them are meant to connect us infinitely through our timeline from past to present and prepare the way for our future. Where does learning appear in your day?
